Health Care Assistant Role

Are you looking for a rewarding role in a trusted care company where your compassion and dedication truly make a difference? At Angel Carers, our values ensure that we put people first – both our staff and our clients.

Whether you’re an experienced care professional or someone new to the sector, Angel Carers will support you every step of the way.

If you’re ready to step away from hospitality or retail and into a role where you’re valued, supported, and empowered to make a genuine impact, Angel Carers has the perfect opportunity for you.

We are recruiting compassionate and naturally caring individuals to join our friendly team – available weekdays and weekends – who genuinely want to make a positive difference in people’s lives by providing care and support to clients in their own homes across Bridport and the surrounding villages.

At Angel Carers, we know that care is more than a job – it’s a calling. When you join our team, you become part of something special: delivering outstanding care across Dorset with our core values of kindness, reliability, and respect.

We’re a small company, not agency-run, and a CQC Good provider that ensures our carers work close to home. We serve the Bridport, Beaminster, Lyme Regis and the surrounding areas.

Most visits are 45-60+ minutes, giving you time to do things properly and enjoy steadier rotas. Local routes are planned in advance in our Bridport office to minimise travel time and ensure our carers can deliver exceptional, on-time care. With our head office on hand, support is always local.

Whether you’re experienced or new to social care, we’d love to hear from you.
