Our carers, both established and new, come with a variety of expertise. Staff qualifications range from fully qualified nursing staff, moving and handling instructors, care workers with NVQ / Diplomas 2 / 3 in Health and Social Care to relatively new workers to the sector. Training is an ongoing process to ensure all our carers meet the highest standards of care.

All our carers will be suitably matched to your individual care needs.

Yes, the right care worker is always selected to accommodate all your requirements. A pet lover will be found for you.

In the unlikely event of this happening, we encourage you to call the office where our friendly staff will discuss your concerns and find a replacement care worker for you as soon as possible.

Your care will last for as long as you wish. And you are free to change the type of care as your needs change.

No, our prices are transparent and given to you on request.

If you are funding your own care, we will invoice you. Our preferred method of payment is standing order or BACS.

Emergency response situations are dealt with immediately after a phone call to our office and can be provided within less than 24 hours’ notice.

Contact the office by either phone, email or via the website Contact Us. We will discuss your detailed needs, forward our information to you and arrange a free of charge assessment at a time that is convenient to you.

No, our assessments are free of charge with a no-obligation quote.

Yes, we are registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and have achieved ‘Excellent Outcomes’ in all 5 essential standards inspected.
