It takes a special kind of person to be a live-in care worker. A good care worker is someone who truly cares about other people.
Our live-in carers offer a full-time home care solution for our clients providing support and encouragement that empowers our clients to live an independent lifestyle within their own home. The Live-In Care Worker resides in the customer’s home and is there to assist the client in maintaining their lifestyle in a safe and secure manner.
A lot of care workers enjoy this one-to-one personal home support service as it allows them to fully concentrate on one person. Unlike other care environments, live-in care workers have the time to build friendships and maintain a high standard of continuous care.
Live in carers also offer companionship to our clients enabling them to regain aspects of social activity such as going to church, the pub, a restaurant, and so on.
Are you looking for a new challenge?
Are you a compassionate person who enjoys a challenge and doing a job that makes a real difference to someone’s life?
We are looking for flexible people from all walks of life and backgrounds to join Angel Carers (UK) Ltd, as self-employed live-in carers, taking care of clients in Southern England.
Live-in Care Workers work with clients on a 24-hour basis to provide care and support as detailed specifically in the care plan provided for each client. All clients receive an assessment of their needs which forms the basis of their care plan. The role of the care worker is to meet the client’s needs and to ensure they are supported at all times and that their privacy, dignity and independence are maintained.
This will include assisting with the client’s personal care needs and their social welfare. The duties may include shopping, cooking and light housekeeping duties. The care worker must work as directed by the Registered Manager.
